Job Description

Location: Remote US, EST time zone or PST time zone

Travel Commitments: 50%

Rapyuta Robotics is creating a completely new, next-generation robotics platform. The operations team you will be assigned to works with internal sales, product development, and customers to devise and implement the best possible solution to ensure the total success of installation, integration, and operations of robots in a customer’s logistics facility.

To drive the robotics revolution, we are looking for talented, motivated, and daring people who are willing to take on difficult challenges.

The Technical Support Specialist will be joining our L1 support team who are the first-responders to operational issues.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with internal members and vendors to resolve operational issues
  • Provide support, maintenance, and training to customers to ensure stable operations of the installed robotics system
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative operational data about the product and make suggestions for improvement
  • Perform basic hardware and software maintenance on the robots and peripherals
  • Create and maintain operations manuals and promote service quality improvement


Requirements

  • Ability to interface effectively with remote engineering team members to ensure timely resolution of operational issues
  • Good knowledge and understanding of IT
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a customer success specialist, operations engineer, technical support agent, data center operations engineer, or similar role
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, IT, or similar field
  • An obsession with delivering a high-quality product and service to customers
  • Ability to independently operate under high pressure, emergent situations
