What You Need for this Position
Associates of Science Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
1 to 3 years of technical support experience
Critically analyze data and provide solutions
Ability to learn new software and hardware
System Design knowledge to understand tradeoff between technical and practical requirements.
High degree of organizational skills and time management
Manage and report on project details
Use technology (e-mail, MS Office, etc.) to increase our ability to transfer information, effectively
Ability to analyze a system design technically, financially and from an overall project perspective to set realistic and obtainable targets in each area
Working knowledge of Swift and CoreData
Experience with Google Maps SDK or other mapping SDKs a plus
Bachelors degree in computer science/computer engineering or other equivalent field of discipline
What You Will Be Doing
Handle technical escalations, reproduce issues, and work with engineering to resolution as required
Gather customer service data and effectively identify repeated issues and work with other departments to solve the issues
Work with a 3rd back end software management team to maintain the systems as needed
Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures; suggest methods to improve operations, efficiency and service to agents and customers
Work as a member of special or ongoing projects that are important to process improvement
Create analytics reports and dashboards using Zendesk data, understand what the data means, and based on the data share actionable updates and recommendations to cross-functional teams as applicable
Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures; suggest methods to improve operations, efficiency and service to agents and customers
Help develop, standardize, and implement best practices and standard operating procedures
