Job description

As the Technical Systems Analyst within the Agile/Scrum methodology, the role is responsible for defining and delivering technical solutions that meet business objectives and will serve as a facilitator between the business and IT in understanding the business’s needs. In partnership with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and IT interfacing groups you will elicit, analyze and validate business requirements and processes and translate to technical components. The position will report to the VP of Information Technology and is based in our Las Vegas, NV headquarters.

Position Responsibilities

• Participate in various Agile processes such as Iteration / Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Stand-up
• Collaborate with team members to meet the sprint goals.
• Translate how processes work, to document and communicate to non-technical resources.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned.
• Consistently demonstrate Agile processes and principles for effective delivery.
• Review source code (C#, SQL) and data structures to produce technical documentation for maintenance and technical requirements for enhancements.
• Work with the Technical Product Owner to confirm the delivered solution fulfills the stated requirements.
• Produce process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Create, refine, and maintain user stories and associated technical deliverables.

Desired Skills and Experience

An Agile Business Analyst needs to be business-oriented, eager to learn, empathetic, and flexible towards working in an Agile environment and should be innovative and goal-oriented. These attributes are a must needed to be successful. An Agile Business Analyst resume must comprise the following characteristics:

• Familiarity and fluency in coding languages: C#, SQL
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Agile Development as an analyst
• Experience in conceptual modeling; visualize possible solutions innovatively
• Multitasking ability
• Familiarity with requirement techniques such as informal modeling, use cases, user stories.
• Excellent proficiency in verbal and non-verbal communication skills
