Are you an experienced technical recruiter with strong follow through and a desire to work on an internal recruiting team remotely? If you’ve got 4+ years of experience recruiting technology and sales professionals in the software as a service space, we may have the role for you.
We are well-established and growing! This is a part-time contract position that could turn into a full-time permanent hire in the future. In this role you can expect to work as part of a collaborative team to manage full cycle recruitment for technical positions. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and build relationships to understand their staffing needs and goals. Our ideal candidate has experience sourcing and targeting candidate populations utilizing a wide variety of recruitment resources and networking techniques to identify candidates. You will be responsible for representing the organization and educating candidates on full time opportunities. In addition, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining the ATS System and other related recruitment tools.
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain Applicant Tracking System with accurate candidate information. Ensure status and workflows are updated.
- Utilize various recruitment tools to source, identify and pre-qualify specific skill sets of professionals for priority positions as determined daily/weekly.
- Manage job postings on Job Boards.
- Source passive talent leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to identify candidates.
- Work with the team members to build talent pipelines of candidates
- Collaborate with team members on scheduling interviews
- Screen incoming resumes and schedule HR phone interviews.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should have at least 3-5+ years of experience recruiting technology professionals preferably within the SAAS space.
- High level of communication and the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Must have experience sourcing and recruiting passive talent. Agency experience preferred.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery.
- Knowledge of ATS and Web based recruiting tools to include Linkedin.com and indeed.com.
- Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
