Job Description
The Team Lead of customer operations will be accountable providing day to day management for the assigned team. This will include answering questions regarding quotes, orders and other customer related opportunities, managing efficient and responsive communication with customers and vendors, approval of time and time off requests, and responsible for ensuring adequate coverage based on the volume of the team. Further, the Team Lead will escalate as needed any issues and/or concerns through the chain of command and provide daily reporting and KPI attainment.
Required Skills
