• Independently leads development, planning and execution of run-the-business, operational, policy change communications
• Monitor and analyze communications performance and trends through data and analytics
• Support the execution and planning of annual brand summits and meetings
• Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communications documents and programs that support the organization, such as intranet messaging, announcements, and newsletters
• Create engaging communications in a variety of voices and mediums (including video)
• Counsel and coach internal partners and colleagues on strategic and basic business communications skills and practices, while leading the communications process from concept to completion
• Manage the Brand communications calendar and proactively develop communication plans with cross functional team members
• Serve as a strategic gatekeeper and manager for the internal communications platform
• Manage and develop communications for key company initatives and committees
• Drive new approaches to deliver communications in more efficient and effective ways by benchmarking industry best practices, challenging processes and recommending and incorporating new approaches

• High attention to detail
• Knowledge of store operations processes and procedures is preferred
• 5 to 8 years overall experience in corporate marketing, communications or other related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR / Marketing Corporate Communications or equivalent experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Experience with graphic design preferred
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with creative writing
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary
• Ability to work across departments and create comunications for multiple audiences
• Strong customer service orientation
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root cause issue
• Possess outstanding project-management and strong follow-up skills
