THE TEAM
The mission of the Talent Management Department is to drive effective people decisions to build high-performing teams and maximize business performance.

As the Specialist, Retail Talent Management you will support in effectively executing all backend people processes and programs that support the entire lifecycle of our Retail employees. THE ROLE
As the Specialist, Retail Talent Management you will support with activities to:
  • Execute talent lifecycle programs and engage with our people to support and elevate them
  • Ensure we have the right people, in the right roles at the right time, and in the right quantity
  • Facilitate smooth transitions while mitigating undue risk
  • Support the cultural integration and productivity of new Retail employees
  • Facilitate fair and consistent practices to manage incidents
  • Assess the performance and potential of our people to inform quality people decisions
  • Deliver compensation programs that accelerate stabilization and productivity with minimal business disruptions
