Job Description

We're partnered with a growth marketing agency in Austin, TX seeking a Resource/Talent Coordinator to join their team in Austin! 3-month contract to start!


**MUST BE LOCAL TO AUSTIN, TX

**MUST BRING EXPERIENCE RECRUITING ON CREATIVE, PRODUCT, MARKETING, UX, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, ETC.

**CONTRACT RECRUITING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • Recruit contractors for all cohorts
  • Act as point of contact for all contractor comms
  • Tracking and build talent tracker
  • Timesheet follow ups
  • Follow up with project teams re: pricing model update needs and
  • Proiect status (accurate end dates, extensions (no additional feeds)
  • Coordinate onboarding with project teams
  • Coordinate with SME to pull content and project manage
  • Support with data tracking
