• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Required years of work experience in conjunction with educational degree
• Agile learner
• High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years relevant experience
• Strong organizations skills
• Associate degree plus 3 years relevant experience
• Team player
• Proficient in creating excel spreadsheets with numerous data points (columns) to track and report status on a weekly basis
• Razor sharp attention to detail
• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years relevant experience
• Hours: 8am - 4pm
• Assist in conducting new union hire orientations
• Experience working with high volume of applicants to fill positions on an ongoing basis in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts
