Job Description
At Swisher, we’re always looking to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our staff. We’re looking for a creative, detailed oriented, and self-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to assess assigned client and business partner needs, develop search strategies, and lead recruitment execution. As a Full Life Cycle recruiter, you will source, evaluate, and pre-qualify high-quality candidates, schedule interviews, and extend/negotiate offers. You will develop well-crafted job posting and prepare a funnel for future skill set vacancies.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a relationship driven partner that provides on-going consulting to expand your internal network through active engagement methods; relationship building with client groups & HRBPs to profile current opportunities and proactively assess emerging talent needs.
Objectives of this role
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
  • Provide input and guidance to ensure that candidate pools consist of diverse, qualified candidates
  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
Responsibilities
  • Opportunity to participate in project based work focused on recruitment process improvement, onboarding, employment branding and other exciting initiatives
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other professional networks
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify sales and corporate staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their resumes, skills and competencies for the role
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency with social media, applicant tracking systems, and professional networks
  • Five or more years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Proficient working knowledge of ATS applications
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
