Who you are:
As an SVP, Brand Strategy leader within both the agency and the strategy department, the SVPs role includes but is not limited to: team development and mentoring, foundational brand strategy development processes, business development and scoping, account health and client relationships, and agency leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- 10-15+ years of agency and planning experience or equivalent with extensive experience managing a team of direct reports
- Bachelor’s Degree
Other Required:
- Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills are required
- May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- General understanding of Internet use
Preferred:
- Experience managing a department and developing individual teammates with success
- Extensive experience positioning brands to succeed in their respective markets
- Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Experience in the healthcare sector and/or marketing highly regulated brands
