Who you are:

As an SVP, Brand Strategy leader within both the agency and the strategy department, the SVPs role includes but is not limited to: team development and mentoring, foundational brand strategy development processes, business development and scoping, account health and client relationships, and agency leadership.

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

• 10-15+ years of agency and planning experience or equivalent with extensive experience managing a team of direct reports
• Bachelor’s Degree

Other Required:

• Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills are required
• May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• General understanding of Internet use

Preferred:

• Experience managing a department and developing individual teammates with success
• Extensive experience positioning brands to succeed in their respective markets
• Master’s degree
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
• Experience in the healthcare sector and/or marketing highly regulated brands
