Responsibilities
Bring your innovative ideas and problem-solving skills to the table as you approach competitive and non-competitive sourcing through request for quotations.
Utilize your expertise to optimize volume pricing by implementing effective bid package strategies.
Evaluate supplier proposals and ensure compliant purchase orders are placed.
Extract, monitor, analyze, and validate data information from multiple sources to make informed decisions.
Foster collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal partners/customers, driving effective problem resolution.
Demonstrate agility and adherence to compliance protocols mandated by regulated industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing/project management, business management, or information systems (Master's degree preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to work independently.
Demonstrate leadership qualities and critical thinking in past projects, roles, or experiences.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Microsoft Teams.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP or similar supply chain management systems.
Familiarity with negotiations and onboarding new suppliers.
Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations, including cyber security requirements.
