Supply Chain Planner Jobs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Graphs, Reporting and more
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge and/or experience within SAP
• Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience/ internship

Desired Qualifications

• Ariba experience
• SAP experience
• Anaqua experience

A Fortune 500 client is searching for a supply chain strategic sourcing planner to join their maintenance, repair, and orders team. The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for the supply chain industry and is seeking growth and longevity within the field. Day to day responsibilities will vary and include but are not limited to:

• Creation and entry of contracts
• Negotiate new contracts and renewals
• Follow up with suppliers on responses needed to finalize contracts
• Collection of data needed from stakeholders for NDAs and processes
• Support RFPs and RFIs by sending emails, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, emailing follow ups to internal customers
• Handle DocuSign process and follow up, prepare documents for signature execution
• Maintain Finance obligations
• Maintain productivity tracker and pull spend reporting
• Email users about active or no longer needed subscriptions, follow up with users on information, remove nonactive participants
• Act as a liaison with IT or other groups for expiring contracts review and updates
• Maintain list of priority contracts to follow up with outside and internal Legal
• Manage the NDA process including follow-up on inquiries
• Set up Vendors in SAP
• Reporting and follow up emails on contracts coming up for review
• Schedule meetings with stakeholders needed to complete contracts
