Item Data Analyst Jobs

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, and five or more years of relevant experience

MA/MS in a quantitative field, and three or more years of related experience

PhD in a quantitative field, and less than two years of related experience

Thorough knowledge of fraud, strategic planning, and banking operations

Comprehensive knowledge of bank systems, banking documents, and financial products including credit cards, ACH transactions, wires, checks and other electronic transfers

Confirm contract requirements (e.g., extend fee schedule to product, establish new contract or vendor).

Conversion opportunities, and cost saving initiatives;

Provide INFOR item record crosswalks for Bellin and Gundersen including contract, manufacturer number, UOM, and required attributes;

Unique items. Review product categories/products and related attributes for conversion and separate into three categories:

Items to be converted but need clinical/value analysis approval; and

Product is unique and needs to be built in INFOR.

Minimum experience or equivalent education: 5 years of purchasing, inventory control/management, materials input, or warehousing experience.

Knowledge and skill to organize, plan, manage, execute, and evaluate projects.

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Proficiency with data governance/management concepts.

Manage small to medium and/or cross-functional projects. Communicate project progress and milestones to the Senior Data Manager.

$32-50.00 hourly pay range (Remote, nationwide)

Non-Ph.D. applicants must have successfully passed the applicable licensure examination.

Content expertise in a domain that is a major component of a licensure exam blueprint.

Performs ERP system item master maintenance through item adds, conversion, deactivations, and updates.

Creates and updates pars and templates for all client facilities, utilizes add-in/upload features to software.

Maintains vendor item files and updates vendor agreements.

Performs system audits to ensure quality, accuracy and the integrity of the item master data.

Accepts other duties as assigned to promote the accomplishment of organizational goals.

Product/order knowledge, time management, calming demeanor, goal oriented, and solution oriented

Ensures an efficient and successful change management process by defining and documenting on-going process changes

Conducts data cleansing to identify unused and/or duplicate data for better management and quicker access
