Division Order Supervisor Jobs

Minimum of 2 years of previous telecommunications experience in sales support, billing, or order management role required.

Utilize order management and billing programs to process requests, orders, tickets, and tasks accurately and in a timely manner.

Manage one-time credits and back-billed credits, reporting them effectively to management.

Participate in management meetings to contribute to the company's business objectives.

Determine remote staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train new team members.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while working remotely.

Supervisory experience with at least 5 years Division Order or land title related experience

Lead and manage a team of Analysts and Technicians

Division Order Supervisor requirements include, but are not limited to:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred

Advanced Excel: basic plus calculations, vlookup and pivot tables

Ability to plan and organize workload
