Director Of Billing Jobs

Our client, a leading international law firm that provides coverage and service to many Fortune Global 500 companies, is in need of a Director of Billing to work out of their D.C. location!

Job Duties:

• Responsible for training materials for the various eBilling vendor sites (including eBillinghub), more complex client eBilling requirements
• Responsible for the proactive management of the eBilling team. Manages their performance and sets goals, ensuring their continuous professional development
• Manage billing staffing, training and performance of all billing personnel firmwide
• Ensure all invoices firmwide are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with the Client Billing Guidelines and the Firm's internal procedures
• Secure communications with billing attorneys and CSS's regarding adherence to clients' requirements
• Respond to all billing requests from billing attorneys, CSS's, clients, and other internal teams; Provide all billing reports requested

Required Skills And Experience

• At least 8 years of general accounting experience and billing
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (strongly preferred)
• At least 15 years’ work experience; At least 5 years of experience in managing people, preferably in a large environment; and, at least 8 years of financial systems experience (required)
