Supervising Graphic Designer - Sales/Marketing

Barstool Sports is looking for an experienced Supervising Graphic Designer. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams across the organization to develop and execute design solutions through various channels. You will manage a team of designers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create high-quality, compelling designs that align with our brand vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles and trends, sharp leadership skills, and a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, layout, and coordination of sales and marketing collateral materials including graphic assets (logos and product design), event activations, professional presentations, data visualization, designs for print, etc.
• Support design work for internal and external industry events.
• Ensure all design is consistent with our corporate brand guidelines.
• Keep skills sharp and stay informed of industry best practices as well as technical and design trends.
• Design new and edit existing marketing materials for client-facing visual communications.
• Oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to final artwork, ensuring all designs are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and lead a team of 2-3 graphic designers.
• Manage and mentor direct reports; coach, challenge, and provide opportunities for growth.
• Actively participate in meetings and work with our sales team to strategize the achievement of client goals through creative and practical design.
• Follow up on team expectations, and provide instruction and guidance when standards are not being met.

Requirements:

• Must have a design portfolio showcasing print design, presentations PDFs, and data visualization.
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure with short deadlines.
• Mastery of the full Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong track record of collaboration.
• Excellent use of typography, with the ability to present information in a clear and visually compelling manner.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be able to take direction and execute feedback.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing highly collaborative creative teams.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience, focusing on infographics, presentations, and print designs.
• Experience with Ceros and PowerPoint is a plus.
