JOB SUMMARY
~ Summer Help ~
We are seeking an Isolator Technician to work during the summer for our GEMS-Breed Department located in Wilmington, MA.
In this role you will be working both indoors and outdoors with our animal housing (isolators).
- Monday-Friday work week schedule
- $17.00/Hour
- Shifts start early morning hours
- Use of our onsite gym
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with isolator moves between different locations.
- Disassemble the isolators’ component parts.
- Replace isolator gloves.
- Operate industrial cage and rack washer.
- Inspect the isolator, noting any damage.
- Remove soiled caging and other materials from isolators.
- Performs all job-related duties in accordance with company safety procedures.
- Order, assemble, sterilize and manage storage of supplies.
- Wash, rinse, and dry the isolator box/bag.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- No experience necessary, we will train you.
- Local candidates only
- Must be a minimum of 16 years old.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.00-$17.25. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
