Pennant Solutions, LLC is a boutique management consulting firm specializing in business and strategic analysis for the Aerospace and Defense industry, headquartered in Orlando, FL. We’re looking for a talented and motivated recent or upcoming college graduate who is seeking an exciting challenge as an analyst in an entrepreneurial, agile, and growing firm.

What you’ll do:

Our projects help senior executives make critical business decisions.Your work will form the basis of those decisions.Over the course of a year, this role will provide you the following opportunities:

• Help clients better understand their markets, position for major competitive bids, and maximize the value of their business

Your background:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a self-starter with an educational background that supports a range of financial, market, and business analysis. You are a problem solver, able to independently develop innovative solutions. Your peers and professors are consistently impressed with your thinking and professionalism. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and are motivated to contribute to the growth and future direction of our firm. Your background must include:

• Excellent team and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver insight and tell a story through creation of PowerPoint charts/presentations
• Analytic experience delivering results in either a work or educational environment
• Thorough understanding of discounted cash flow analysis, real options, and Monte Carlo simulation
• Passion for the Aerospace & Defense industry
• Highly proficient at modeling, forecasting, and analysis in Excel—your peers should be genuinely impressed with what you can do
• B.A. or B.S. degree in finance, business or a quantitative discipline

Time & travel expectations:Flexibility to work extended hours and willingness to travel up to 50% (upon clients return to office)
