It’s the Sales Strategy team’s mission to profitability improve our sales channel distribution for Domestic Parks and Disney Signature Experiences.
- Represent all sales channels, domestic and international, in cross-functional forums and project teams, providing leadership on sales needs, and strategic business impacts
- Develop new sales programs, reinvent base business models, and champion sales technology capabilities that craft the future of sales distribution strategies
- Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, diversity, and innovation on your team
- Lead the development and implementation of sales channel strategies, including associated technology capabilities and process solutions, leading partners and processes to ensure seamless go-to-market, across sales channels
- Establish your team’s recommendation and present to partners and senior leaders, including Senior Executive audience
- Lead sales channel distribution and product strategies, with responsibility for leading data and consumer insight driven sales channel decisions and the supporting analytics that drive significant direct revenue contribution
- A demonstrated ability in sales strategy, marketing strategy, product development, or financial analysis/analytical role
- Confirmed experience leading critical initiatives passionate about business growth and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to build trust, influence others, and navigate ambiguity
- Proven track record managing a full workload with challenging priorities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced business and display integrity and confidence in sophisticated situations
- Ability to build compelling presentations and visualizations for executive audiences under timelines
- An entrepreneurial spirit driving innovative ideas and challenging the status quo
- Financial competence with ability to decipher sophisticated business models and profitable strategies
- Confirmed leadership experience in business analytics/strategy
- Confirmed ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with varying team members
- Knowledge of Disney Parks and Disney Signature Experiences
- Proven familiarity with Disney business domain knowledge (experience in multiple businesses and segments)
- A solid understanding of the travel and/or hospitality industry
- A minimum of 10 years of dynamic leadership experience, including leading teams
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a business field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing)
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
