Strategic Sourcing Manager Jobs

One of the nation’s leading Retail organizations is currently seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to aid in the success of their growing team. This individual will focus mostly on the purchasing and negotiating of materials, equipment, and services from suppliers This role is a pivotal position with exceptional growth opportunity within the organization.

This role has the ability to be Remote (Company based in Florida)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with and/or directs others to achieve tactical business results.
• Expected to lead cross functional group to drive information gathering from the business, scope development, and contract negotiation critical to completion of the project.
• May have responsibility for a process, sub-function or program and not have direct reports.
• Provides functional expertise, project management, and team leadership.
• Responsible for administering and contributing to the development of company policies and procedures.
• Manages implementation of mid-size projects, programs, or processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Building RFP, SOW, and Contracting
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Science or related field
• 1 year cross functional team leadership
• Direct Negotiations
• 7 years Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance or similar work with an emphasis on sourcing, negotiations, and contracting
