Senior Analyst Business Procurement Strategic Sourcing

The Senior Business Analyst will provide strong analytical support to stakeholders in PSS and other departments, and will be responsible for data integrity, reporting, dashboards, analytics, automation, qualitative/quantitative research, and data-related processes and procedures.

Essential Job Duties

• Leads strategic data-related initiatives and supports major PSS projects.
• Collects, imports, exports, cleans, converts, merges and validates data from multiple sources / work streams with the purpose of documenting critical department activity (e.g. contract logging), preparing for various analyses, and updating data within Lawson.
• Trains, advises, and mentors junior team members.
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
• Demonstrates in-depth understanding of complex data management principles, practices, and standards.
• Executes analyses based on clear objectives and utilizes results to identify trends and draw conclusions. Is detail oriented, exhibits critical thinking skills and has an inquisitive and investigative mindset when performing analyses.

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, Smartsheet

$74,000-$111,000/Annual
