Track and present cost benefit analysis to management for projects.

Develop, manage and maintain a robust network of suppliers within the RFP/RFQ processes

Develop, implement and manage vendor/supplier performance metric (KPI)

7+ years of ingredient sourcing experience with a heavy focus on dietary and nutritional supplement and functional food industries.

ERP experience (Microsoft Nav and/or NetSuite preferred)

Strong influencing skills and change management experience with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities.

Innovative, self-­motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision along with strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills

Manage relationships with key suppliers ensuring they meet quality and service requirements while maintaining competitive prices.

Contract Management Tools (Ariba, Oracle Contracts)

Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

Manage supplier selection processes using market analysis, concise request for proposals (RFPs), eAuctions and a data driven approach.

Demonstrated experience in successfully negotiating multi-disciplinary contracts, strategic category management and Company programs/initiatives.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or any Business related field is required.

Three (3) or more years of supply chain, purchasing or procurement experience negotiating contracts and supporting strategic business initiatives.

Six Sigma Certification a plus.

Strong computer skills including the advanced/expert use of Microsoft.

Position requires driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).

Accountable for execution and management of complex Innovation and/or Supply Chain initiatives.

Bachelor degree with a focus on supply chain management, contract manufacturing, engineering, or operations

Effective relationship management - internal and external

5-10 years practical working experience in operations, manufacturing, or procurement roles

At least 5 years of Operational Experience

Knowledge of sourcing and procurement process and procedure

Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills across various areas of the business including working with remote teams

Support responsible sourcing in accordance with third-party vendor management processes and policies in preparation for annual EcoVadis certifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, with a focus on Strategic and / or Technical Project or Organizational Change a plus

Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects with external / internal partners.

Experience in implementing procurement tools / workflows

Financial competence and analytical skills and comfortable working with huge datasets

Develop and managing cross-functional category management and strategic sourcing teams as needed

Proven experience performing spend analysis and analytical abilities

Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage a high volume of requests

MBA or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)

Experience building data visualization and reporting

Manage supplier relationships including conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with critical suppliers and Executive Sponsors
