We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Retail Clothing Store Lead. As the Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Modeling excellent customer servicing and resolving any customer complaints or issues
• Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement new strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance
• Manage and train a team of sales associates, while also handling scheduling, delegation, and fostering a positive work environment that connects and motivates the team
• Driving sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and comprehensive product knowledge
• Maintaining a high level of efficiency, store presentation, and merchandising, ensuring the store is fully stocked, organized, and inventory is accurately managed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail
• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and keep your cool in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fashion, vintage style, and a keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
