Assistant Store Manager - The Shops At Mission Viejo

"Is your passion in retail?” We are looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager to oversee the daily operations for our NEW store in the Shops at Mission Viejo. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. “Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?” The successful leader will have experience building and motivating a team to effectively serve the customer and drive sales revenue.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks at one time

• Assist Store manager in recruiting and maintaining a strong bench of candidates

Requirements

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in the store alone
• Proven experience as a Keyholder, Sales Lead, or Full-time manager
• Self-motivated, focused and driven to achieve goals
• Passion for retail fashion
• Preferred college graduate in BS/BA, sales or relevant field
• Ability to lead and coach other team members
• Flexibility; ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft office, G suite, Apple Technology
• Exceptional organization, accountability and leadership skills
• Efficient in time management and delegating tasks
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
