Job Description
THE TEAM
The mission of the Facilities Department is to maintain and repair all retail and non-retail spaces, minimizing impact to operations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Facilities team is growing with it. As a member of the Facilities Department, you will be part of the team responsible for maintaining the aspirational look and feel of our world-class spaces. As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will oversee day-to-day facilities management as well as engaging in best-in-class programs in space maintenance and repair across your specific region. THE ROLE
As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will:
  • Support with roadmapping our approach for the management of our retail spaces
  • Address breakages, wear and areas requiring minor additions or subtractions in a strategic and timely manner
  • Foster relationships with each internal and external partner, addressing business opportunities for scale
  • Oversee the programmed upkeep of our retail spaces
  • Support with managing the calendar of maintenance and repairs across the business including communication, programming, and cadence
  • Ensure all current and new Aritzia retail spaces are equipped with the necessary utilities while also managing costs through optimized maintenance and sustainability practices
