Job Details For Staff Accountant

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Hybrid
• $60,000 - $70,000 per year
• Direct Hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description For Staff Accountant

• Generate and produce month end accounting reports that are required for portfolio servicing, G/L account reconciliations, sales/use tax, cash management and other standard reporting requirements.
• Administer G/L account reconciliations.
• Assist with performing related financial accounting, servicing, operating, and reporting activities as directed and assigned by management.
• Responsible for Account Payable operating and equipment lease disbursements as directed.
• Other projects as directed and assigned by management.
• Support the month end accounting close process and accounting & analysis activities in accordance with parent accounting calendar.

Job Requirements For Staff Accountant

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Must have 2+ year of experience in financial services industry
• Must have knowledge and experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliation systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
