Job Description
The Staff Accountant classifies and records data to keep financial records complete. The Staff Accountant provides accounting and analytical support for Carlisle Construction Materials, assists with month-end financial statements, analysis, account reconciliations, and quarterly reporting requirements.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Cash Flows / Statistical Information
  • Preparation / consolidation of Corporate reporting schedules including but limited to:
  • Recording / reconciliation of intercompany activity
  • Manage / program administration backup for the T&E system
  • Supporting the Accounts Payable Team
  • Reconciliation of financials with the Corporate Consolidation Software (FCCS)
  • Unit Schedules
  • Corporate reporting requirements including, tax packages, insurance updates, use tax reporting / audits and unclaimed property tax / audits
Requirements


Education:


  • BS Degree in Accounting


Experience:


  • Entry Level - 2 years of public / private accounting experience
