VERY HYBRID - Must Be Onsite for Month End Closing, other than that -- Work From Home, You can come to the office, etc.

$55-60k base, great benefits/perks/culture.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team on a Full Time basis. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing month-end closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. The ideal candidate should have experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, as well as experience in reconciling General Ledger accounts. Additionally, experience with consolidations, journal entries, and Great Plains is ideal. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
• Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Manage Accounts Receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
• Process invoices and payments for Accounts Payable
• Perform month-end closing procedures, including preparing financial statements
• Manage logistics and shipping, including working with carriers and 3PL providers
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned
• Assist with consolidations and intercompany transactions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with consolidations and Great Plains
• Knowledge of month-end closing procedures and journal entries
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
