Position Summary

The School of Management (https://management.buffalo.edu/) is searching for a Program Associate to provide administrative and operational support within the leadership center. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills that can be applied using a project management approach to role. Reporting to the faculty center director, this role will be the primary point of contact for center administrative matters and act as the team lead for program coordination.

Responsibilities Of Position Include But Are Not Limited To

• Coordinate program engagements – participant tracking, identify and pair coaches, schedule instructors, and program assessments.
• Tracking of budget and expenditures.
• Communications support including social media and website content.
• Oversight of certificate and other program credentialing needs
• Scheduling, meeting requests, travel coordination, and general administrative support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required
• 2 years relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Flexibility and Adaptability
• Master’s Degree
• Proficiency in general computer and web-based technology skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook tools (Outlook; Word; Excel; etc.)
• Moderate to advanced social media skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative for optimal organization benefit and outcomes
• Strong project coordination skills resulting in efficient, timely and accurate delivery
• Collaborative communicator with a strong team spirit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details
