Job Summary
Prepares and assists in reviews, analyses, presentations, evaluations, reports, recommendations, program planning documentation, program guidance documentation, and other program management tasks to support program cost, schedule, and performance requirements. Provides inputs for establishing cost, technical (performance), and schedule baselines. Coordinates and integrates a program’s schedule and milestones, documenting changes during the lifecycle of program and project. Reviews proposals, studies, and reports and analyze the feasibility of accomplishing stated objectives and the impact to on-going and planned programs. Develops a summary of all such reports and studies for management review and assess accomplishment and performance objectives. Participates in working group meetings, IPT sessions, in-process reviews, and other meetings.
Telework is supported at 50%. Travel is not required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Analyzes the information discussed and provide the programmatic impacts within the agreed-upon time schedule and in accordance with the requirements of the requestor and the development of associated documentation including agendas, minutes, action items, briefing material, and IPT Charters. Assists with the preparation and maintenance of current execution spend plans for all active fiscal years. Reviews initial work statements provided by performing activities to ensure appropriation and funding tracking and execution.

Required knowledge and years of experience
At least ten (10) years of experience. Must have knowledge of MS Office and be able to work independently.

Clearance Requirement
Secret, TS/SCI desired.
Salary
The minimum salary starts at $130,000 and the max is negotiable based on experience.
