The Role&Responsibilities

The SR Product Manager role is a critical position responsible for overseeing the development and success of our software. The Sr Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market needs, develop product strategies, and execute on the product roadmap.

• Effectively communicate program statuses, identify potential risks and setbacks, and develop mitigation strategies
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Design Leads to estimate level of effort, define success metrics, identify dependencies and break project scope into actionable workstreams
• Actively participates in trade-off discussions between scope and schedule
• Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlog
• Deliver high-quality experiences to end-users at a feature level
• Utilize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to continuously drive product improvements
• Work on cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions
• Create and maintain project management strategy, tools, and documentation for high-leverage Engineering projects
• Develop new software product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design that reflect market and user requirements

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving and organization skills
• Preference - Experience working with chronic care diseases and EHR systems
• Ability to pivot between projects based on company priorities and product roadmap
• 5+ years of experience in product management consulting or entrepreneurship
• Experience building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams, both technical and non-technical
• A strong tendency towards proactivity for risk management and escalation
• Preference- Experience with SQL
• Preference - Experience with ML/AI technologies in healthcare
• Experience working at a start-up in an agile software development environment
• 3+ years experience managing complex projects and technical implementations
• Proven success with building effective project management tools and strategies that scale across teams that use a variety of tool sets for collaboration and task management
• The acumen to balance day-to-day execution with long-term priorities
• Preference- Experience working in healthcare with healthcare data, billing, medications, or devices
