Monotype is looking for a Sr. Product Manager in our US team to help drive strategy, product roadmaps and business analytics to enable success of enterprise business initiatives.


Reporting to the Director, Product Management, this role will require bringing together multidisciplinary skillsets to provide creative and holistic product leadership, including strong product management experience, technology expertise, financial acumen, agile scrum management, and strategy development.


We are looking for team players and product advocates comfortable working with various business stakeholders and customers.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with Customer Success to understand critical customer pain points. Evaluate, quantify and work with leaders of Product Management and Omni Channel CX teams to get work prioritized in backlogs. Ensure feedback loop is closed with Customer Success Team and customers.
  • Work closely with the wider Noida Product Management Org:
  • Build program with Customer Success team to be able to "sell" development resources to clients for specific feature development - turn a cost center into a revenue driver.
  • Deep dive into ‘Creative Agency sector’ workflows, partnering with Agency team and meeting with customers. Fully understand the ‘agency to brand’ moment of truth and build concrete 2024 plans to unlock this moment with clear financials (aligned with partner team).
  • Represent product in the customer advisory board, ensuring critical feedback is brought into the product backlogs.
  • Regularly attend enterprise customer meetings (remote and onsite), listen to customers’ needs, create business plans where necessary and bring them back into weekly prioritization meetings / integrated roadmap sessions; partner with Product Marketing to ensure customer feedback loop is closed.

-To create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

-Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product, ensure that

the development team always has an adequate number of groomed stories to work on to maximize capacity.

  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Build and manage strong working relationships with the cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, User Experience, Customer Care, Sales, Sales Support and external vendors needed to drive an efficient development effort for new Digital Commerce initiatives.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Work closely with internal Research team to analyze market, users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Follow competition and industry trends, as well as Agile/Scrum best practices and trends

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Full product life-cycle experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and assess value to business goal and strategy
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical Degree and 7+ years in Digital Product Development and/or Digital Product Management
