Position Summary:
Assists assigned Leasing Directors in all aspects of their leasing responsibilities, and works as part of an administrative support team to the Leasing Department. Interfaces with tenants, customers, clients and internal departments with the utmost accuracy and professionalism.
Job Duties:
- Prepare Pre-Lease documents and input proposed Leasing deal terms into Salesforce
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
- Back-up to other Leasing Administrators
- Prepare and process expense reports, Real Estate Committee documents and Broker’s Commission Agreements
- Provide administrative support to assigned Leasing Directors
- Assist with the Leasing Hotline/Lead calls, emails, etc.
- Answer/screen calls, arrange meetings, maintain calendars, and book travel as needed
- Update Listings in Co-Star
- Prepare, research and assist with presentation materials
- Ordering office supplies and equipment per directions
- Maintain project files
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
- Detail oriented, organized, managing multiple tasks concurrently
- Proficiency with computer programs including, Google, Excel, Illustrator, Adobe and Salesforce a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in administrative role, preferably Real Estate
- Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, respectful behavior and integrity; maintains high quality of customer service and leadership.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- General knowledge of retail real estate preferred
- Excellent proofreading skills
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $29.66 - $40.38
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
