Summary

As Senior Director of AI/ML Product Management for GE HealthCare, you will lead the exploration, research and implementation of AI technologies within our product. You’ll identify areas of our product that can be enhanced by AI and work with designers and engineers to implement AI solutions. This includes building work back plans and identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks and dependencies to achieve established annual and long-range goals for the business. You’ll lead and implement the strategy and vision of product/services and collaborate with senior leaders across orgs to align plans, product roadmap and strategies.

Role/Responsibilities

• Leverage data, user research, competitive and market analysis to help define and execute AI strategy and roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables and long-term vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the AI strategy with the most important needs of our customers.
• Exercise strong judgment to balance speed with a high-quality and scalable end-to-end operator. Iterate quickly, test new ideas, and analyze results.
• Create a cross-functional roadmap, defining features and technical specifications for our AI tools and the workflow associated with them. This includes defining requirements, working closely with the data science and engineering teams, managing project execution, and iterating on new features and products post-launch.
• Lead product management for a set of key features within GE HealthCare. This may include building work back plans and identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks and dependencies to achieve established annual and long-range goals for the business OR leading program management for cross product or cross market initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership on AI technologies, and work across the organization to help teams leverage AI capabilities to improve our products and operational processes.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of AI initiatives. Use data to inform decision-making, prioritize efforts, and communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including business teams, data scientists, engineers, product managers, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines and to deliver on those plans.
• Work with communications, content, and marketing teams to strengthen our brand messaging.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple product development cycles from concept to scale
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
• Experience defining product requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Significant experience in Cloud, Machine Learning, and latest AI technologies
• Experience in GTM planning
• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of product management with a minimum of 12+ years of related industry experience and 2+ years of experience in a hyper-growth environment

Desired Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related technical degree
• MBA or experience at a VC
• Marketing/product marketing experience with synthesizing technologies into product communication for broad audience including customers, media, analysts, and leading industry specialists
• Experience with sales enablement including incentives and training

• The salary range for this position is $175K - $325K Base. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
