About Opendoor
- Act as the primary owner to oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS, applicant tracking, performance management, learning management, and employee engagement tools.
- Monitor key HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks.
- Stay updated on emerging HR technology trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for process improvement within people operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for people operations and technology in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance technology and automation to streamline HR processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align people operations initiatives with business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate HR processes, such as onboarding, benefits administration, performance and rewards management, and offboarding.
- Ensure the integration and optimization of HR systems to support data integrity, reporting, and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing people operations, HR technology, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and technologies, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and employee engagement platforms.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices across the employee lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Active experience with Workday HRIS
