- Assist the People Operations team with various administrative duties and projects
- Help maintain job description library, facilitate the requisition process, and monitor candidate status through the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Generate pipeline activity reports, as necessary
- Create “candidate interview packs” for key positions
- Process employee referrals in collaboration with our Payroll team
- Serve as the “go-to” pre-boarding resource, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-hire to onboarding in partnership with People Operations Specialist
- Manage due diligence process including background checks, pre-employment screenings and drug testing, and physicals
- Prepare offer letters
- Support internal communications regarding new openings, transfers, and promotions
- Provide support for the Talent Acquisition team’s recruiting activities
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Superb attention to detail
- Experience using professional social networks
- Minimum two years previous experience in a similar role, ideally as a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Administrator/Coordinator
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to recognize and implement process improvements
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and applicant tracking systems (Clear Company ATS preferred)
