Our People Operations Administrative Assistant helps keep the talent pipeline flowing while contributing to outstanding employee experiences.


In This Role, You’ll


  • Assist the People Operations team with various administrative duties and projects
  • Help maintain job description library, facilitate the requisition process, and monitor candidate status through the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Generate pipeline activity reports, as necessary
  • Create “candidate interview packs” for key positions
  • Process employee referrals in collaboration with our Payroll team
  • Serve as the “go-to” pre-boarding resource, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-hire to onboarding in partnership with People Operations Specialist
  • Manage due diligence process including background checks, pre-employment screenings and drug testing, and physicals
  • Prepare offer letters
  • Support internal communications regarding new openings, transfers, and promotions
  • Provide support for the Talent Acquisition team’s recruiting activities


What We’re Looking For


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Experience using professional social networks
  • Minimum two years previous experience in a similar role, ideally as a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Administrator/Coordinator
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to recognize and implement process improvements
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and applicant tracking systems (Clear Company ATS preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
