Spa Aesthetician - Excalibur

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As an Aesthetician, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate guest needs and skin type to tailor treatments and services.
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow all departmental and policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation policies.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.
• Ensure spa guests are given the highest level of service by providing the most current information and techniques in body wraps, scrubs, facials, waxing and makeup application per treatment and department protocols.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
