Excellent English oral and written communication skills.

· Medical CRM/Zenoti experience is a plus.

ESSENTIAL APTITUDES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

Experience in Microdermabrasion and Chemical Exfoliation preferred. Experience in a Medical Spa setting required.

Ability to plan, organize, instruct, and facilitate quality education programs, including development of relevant curriculum.

An educational philosophy that places the primary emphasis on student learning in the design, delivery, and evaluation of courses.

Three years experience as an Aesthetician preferred.

Effectively applies and maintains proficiency in state-of-the-art techniques concerning all waxing, facials, and applicable body treatments.

Effectively provides professional make up services, maintaining proficiency in state of the art techniques to administer make up applications and lessons.

Retail goal to be maintained at or above 20% of service revenue

Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines, industry trends & services

1 year experience as a medical aesthetician

Be knowledgeable about all procedures to ensure guest comfort

Keep current regarding continuing education

Obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire through Company training

Previous Aesthetician experience in a luxury private club, resort, spa or retail sales

Attract and retain members by consistently providing excellent customer service

Evaluate a customer’s skin condition and offer recommendations for treatments

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology

Perform CoolSculpting treatments using proper techniques and protocols

Maintains detailed records within the company’s client management system with regard to patient procedures, outcomes and other required medical input.

Maintains an expert level of knowledge across the suite of OVME products and services.

Reports to Studio Medical Director and Studio Manager.

Minimum 2-5 years concentrated experience in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, and all other premium aesthetic services is preferred

Medical CRM experience a plus
