Solution Engineer at ProFinda

ProFinda is now looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Solution Engineer to join our Sales team.

In this position you will:

• Lead product-focused workshops with prospects who are evaluating ProFinda.
• Be a crucial member of a sales pursuit team working with Sales Executives, Business Development Representatives and Subject Matter Experts to sell ProFinda’s industry leading solution to large, global enterprise companies.
• Provide technical product support at marketing events both in-person and virtual.
• Participate in prospect discovery meetings to determine if the prospect falls within ProFinda’s Ideal Customer Profile.
• Take the lead on authoring technical responses to RFPs.
• Be an expert in the ProFinda product line delivering demos at any level of detail necessary throughout the sales process.

What you need to be successful in the role:

• Proven track record and thorough understanding of demoing SaaS applications.
• Working in or delivering solutions to the professional services industry is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience demonstrating, implementing or configuring enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Attention to detail and excellent planning skills when architecting a tailored demonstration.
• Polished and effective communication and presentation skills to be applied in presentations to senior executives at global enterprises.
