Treasury Management Solution Specialist I Jobs

Quality improvement and/or project management experience.

3 years clinical practice experience.

Registered Nurse (RN) with current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of operations (New Mexico).

Ability to travel (about 20% to Provider Offices/Facilities) including overnight stays.

PC proficiency to include Word and Excel.

Demonstrated ability to articulate the benefits of strong working capital management solutions to clients.

Demonstrated knowledge of a wide array of treasury management products.

Demonstrate proficiency in knowledge of all strategic TM solutions and their benefits to our clients.

Expected to develop personal relationships with C-suite and senior management decision makers at client and prospect organizations.

Communicate recurring or serious product issues to management.

Understanding of Treasury Management products and solutions.

Analytical skills geared toward problem solving, time management and prioritization are essential.

Responsible for performing a variety of duties in Treasury Management, specifically processing ACH and Wire transactions, resolving problems and documenting.

Collaborate with other Treasury Management staff and/or customers to resolve ACH or Wire issues and perform testing.

One (1) to three (3) years of similar or related experience in a banking environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Equivalent experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree will be considered (minimum five (5) years’ experience in a banking environment).

Knowledge of HOA/Community Management, Preferred

Consult with clients throughout implementation to ensure software is configured to meet their technical requirements

Manage multiple customer implementation projects from beginning to end

Manage conflicts and ensure problems are solved before the quality of the project is compromised

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge of FRONTSTEPS suite of products a plus

Provide administrative support to team members and management, as needed

Proficient computer knowledge and strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Education Enrichment up to $5,000 per year for qualified employees

Associate degree in Accounting or 3+ years Accounting experience, required

Proficiency in Excel, which includes experience with formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables

Prior experience using Basware, Oracle, or a similar platform, preferred

You will prepare and provide sales/service management tools including call plans, call reports, sales reports, and profitability and market analyses.

You will coordinate service support providing solutions to complex depository/cash management concerns which affect customer relationships.

You will develop and execute sales presentations for customers including cost/benefit analysis, service and fee comparisons, written proposals, and profitability analysis.

You will prepare and recommend market, product, and pricing strategies to achieve market share and profitability goals.

How You'll Spend Your Time

Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing banks – with a focus on Treasury Management

College degree with specialized training in banking/finance or equivalent work experience required.

Certified treasury Management Professional and Accredited ACH Professional designations preferred

Ability to identify changes and trends emerging in the treasury management industry

Must possess strong working knowledge of Bank’s core vendor

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (word, excel, PowerPoint, and access)

Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes with an understanding of how customers use them is required.

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Five or more years of related experience

Strong planning and organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Previous Treasury Management Implementation experience preferred.

Education, Job Skills and Qualifications:

Provide feedback to manager on ways to streamline the implementation process or improve the overall client experience.

Responsible for creating, maintenance, and maintaining billing for all Treasury Management solutions.

Coordinates communication with Treasury Management Officer, Client Advisor, Business Support, Operations, and Retail during implementation or maintenance period.

Will provide Operational Support for the Bank’s Treasury Management solutions.

Manages data for Treasury Management Advisors, creates RFPs, proposals, and proforma pricing analysis.

Trains customers on new Treasury Management setups.

4 years or more in banking or treasury management.

1 or more years of banking experience

Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving complex problems with regard to TM onboarding and servicing.

Independently identifies cross-sale opportunities and assists the TMA in the execution of additional sales across existing TM portfolio.
