SMB growth team is responsible for developing software to expedite TikTok's advertising revenue growth across global non-China marketplaces. We are TTMP's solution provider to grow our revenue and customer engagement by fulfilling, expediting and innovating growth opportunities and initiatives whilst enabling our commercial customers to seamlessly discover, opt-in and proficiently utilize our ad products suite. We have team members based in Beijing, Shenzhen, Seattle and San Jose.
We are looking for engineers who are passionate about innovating, creating and evolving scalable and reliable software, architecture and technical solutions to systematically and aggressively enable our SMB customers' success and grow our company's revenue.
Responsibilities：
- Design, develop, test, and continuously improve TikTok Ads software
- Deploy, troubleshoot and operate large distributed systems
- Optimize reliability, availability and performance of globally distributed systems
- Analyze product objectives to deliver results aligned with project goals
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering. Strong Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, software design) and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency and experience with designing, implementing and operating large scale distributed systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advertisement technology is a plus, but not required.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $129960 - $194750 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
