Summary

HUSTLER Hollywood is seeking a Social Media Videographer and Photographer, to support their corporate E-Commerce team at their offices in Torrance, CA. To develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives. Will carry through the entire process from video conceptualizing to the final edited cut video for use.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While our offices are a strictly professional environment, due to the nature of our business involving adult content, certain roles may be exposed to adult content while performing their job functions.
• The job requires the ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
• The job requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Good communication skills with both co-workers and models to coordinate set ups.
• Post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, etc), designing graphic material, and attracting consumers via social media.
• Ability to film both still products as well as moving people.
• Aware of trends on social media.
• Manage and grow the company's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ability to see full creation of video set up, capture and edit video into final content.
• Creative videographer who can create short reels for TikTok/Instagram and longer content for YouTube.
• Out-of-the-box thinker with creative flair for generating unique and viral content.
• Highly motivated, creative, and possess solid knowledge of marketing competencies.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Working Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and WordPress.
• Experience managing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word and PowerPoint). Collaborative, energetic, and able to work both on a team and independently.
• Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Premier Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
