About The Job

Twine Freelancers work quickly and efficiently to produce high-quality results. We are seeking a Social Media Illustrator for one of the major professional sports leagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the storytelling behind each creative output to ensure it is clear and true to the content
• Prepare sketches for approval and complete final illustrations within the deadlines
• Identify important storylines from around the and know how to best tell them to our audience
• Create illustrations for the official social platforms and other -affiliated social platforms, teams, and players
• Pitch and conceptualize original content ideas and franchises for social media platforms

Requirements

• Required proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in Illustration and Digital Painting
• Must have a portfolio containing Illustrations of varying complexity and style
• Strong life-drawing background with knowledge of anatomy, posing, capturing likenesses, etc
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into revised work

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere & After Effects is a major plus
• Design/Animation Experience is a major plus
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

• Must be able to adapt style and approach in order to meet tight deadlines
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of football and the audience is a major plus
• Must be able to handle concept changes and accept creative feedback
