Social Media Analyst Jobs

G2C Partners is seeking a skilled Social Media Analyst to join our dynamic team! As a Social Media Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing social media campaigns, monitoring brand mentions, and collecting consumer data to inform marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and growth across various social media channels. Our ideal candidate brings a passion for social media and a strong analytical skillset to deliver actionable insights to G2C's clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor social media channels and track brand mentions to identify trends and sentiment
• Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media campaigns are integrated with overall marketing strategies
• Manage social media communities and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner
• Analyze social media campaign performance and report on key metrics to clients
• Conduct social media research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations

Requirements

• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Solid knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Experience with social media monitoring, analytics, and reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and editing abilities
• Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Understanding of SEO and digital advertising best practices is a plus
