Responsible for leading social strategies and campaigns that define the AppleTV+brand (think:genre, audiences, themes) to drive cohesive and impactful narratives about the brand, content and service! Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+years working on broad, multi-platform marketing communications and delivering world-class campaigns with big impact (reach and engagement).
  • Highly driven self starter who is proactive, has a good sense of prioritization and ability to move large amounts of work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience demonstrating social analytics and applying publishing tools
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work across a highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience leading social media and campaign management, publishing, writing and content creation required (brand or agency).
  • Brilliant communicator, strategist and creative
  • Experience working directly with talent and creators and is skilled in pitching and presenting and reading the room.
  • Experience working within the Entertainment industry and/or highly consumer-centric brands with success in the social space and defining strategies from scratch.
  • Fluent in Social Media standard processes. You know what works across various social platforms and experience in multi- channel distribution efforts
  • Pioneering Spirit and highly collaborative-loves working with others and isn’t afraid to lead or follow or to take thoughtful risks and judgement calls to push high impact work forward.
  • Thrives in a changing environment.
  • Experience defining brand platforms and social brand strategies and synthesizing large volumes of information and data to make decisions.

Description

Leads social quarterly brand programming agenda across the ecosystem and title teams to drive positioning and focus and set clear goals cross-platform and titles and ensure the collective work has brand impact. Drives social discovery programming initiatives to deliver social strategies and creative programs that cut through the clutter of one of the top questions of entertainment: what to watch and defines TV+ channels as THE destination for the answer Leads our social awards strategies and creative programming in partnership with PR that is consumer first and innovative. Lead all brand-level, multi-title, genre or product level strategies and initiatives for TV+social campaigns. Develop partnership and integration strategies for the social team a cross the rest of the AppleTV+ecosystem of social channels. Drive and develop goal setting and tracking in concert with an analytics and CI teams to track and manage success of social brand efforts as a part of the broader brand strategy. Uses internal and external social analytics to inform strategy and iterate on creativity and innovation. Responsible for the full suite of content to support across the totality of the planned social ecosystem for the duration of a campaign. Drives innovation in social and strives for creative excellence across all assets. Ensuring brand consistency in marketing, messaging, and creative by working with the various internal and external partners. Providing training, guidance and standard processes to the individual lines of business. Working with marketing teams across the business to educate and integrate social media with all marketing efforts. Leading communication with in international marketing leads on social marketing strategy and standard processes.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent. MBA or relevant graduate work a plus.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,400 and $250,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
