Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze social media and influencer marketing campaigns' performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Help to implement effective social media and influencer marketing strategies that align with KontrolFreek’s KPI’s and target audience.
  • Help develop and manage content calendars and publishing schedules across social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platforms, and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.
  • Track and manage social media and influencer marketing budgets.
  • Assist in creating and executing influencer campaigns, including outreach, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers that align with the KontrolFreek brand and create authentic content.
  • Edit content to be leveraged across many different social media platforms – must have video and static image design experience.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional marketers to support the KontrolFreek social media business.
  • Proactively develop and manage aggressive social media KPIs with tracking tools that quickly identify what’s working and should be scaled versus what is not – tracking and reporting.
  • Meticulously tag, catalog, and archive social posts for easy access.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of social media and influencer marketing tools, including analytics, scheduling, and monitoring platforms.
  • 3-5 years Video editing and graphic design experience
  • Experience managing budgets and managing contract fulfillment. (This person will be the task master with the influencer contracts ensuring that all deliverables are met in a timely manner).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media and influencer marketing campaigns.

WITHIN 1 MONTH YOU WILL:

  • Have a solid grasp on company and your individual goals, objectives, and workflows (i.e. “how things work internally”)
  • Create forward-facing content on the global KontrolFreek social media accounts including but not limited to TikTok, Threads, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Have been introduced to and started working with our partners on community events (i.e. giveaways, sponsored streams, new product launches, etc.)
  • Have familiarity with all internal and external community channels where we interact on. Have been introduced to and started conversations with our social media Team. Help manage all social communities.
  • Assisted in creating and planning a social media content calendar.

WITHIN 3 MONTHS YOU WILL:

  • Be working across teams (product, influencers and esports, etc.) on how we can integrate live streaming and community activations with their efforts
  • Be working regularly from the various KontrolFreek social accounts.
  • Interacting with our internal marketing team(s) to on specific new product launches and community efforts.
  • Managing internal expectations and marketing tactics around community initiatives for every product launch and influencer partnerships.


WITHIN 9 MONTHS YOU WILL:

  • Post & manage all KontrolFreek social channels multiple times a day.
  • Own all relationships and comms with our community moderators (“Mod Team”)
  • Create detailed social channel reports via for leadership
  • Proactively engage and communicate with our customer support team on what our community is talking about from day-to-day, week-to-week, etc.
  • Work regularly with our internal teams on activating new initiatives.
