The Senior Branding Specialist supports branding priorities, including identifying specific communication goals and objectives, providing recommendations to establish creative direction, developing strategic and imaginative communication plans, managing and overseeing the details of projects from start to finish, contributing to the creation of marketing materials in a variety of media, plus research and evaluation. The Senior Branding Specialist will assist in maintaining the branding task tracker, equipment spec sheets/decks, team store, trade show materials, videography and photography, and business card creation/ordering.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Developing and implementing branding/marketing plans.
- Assist with Meeting invites and communication with different departments.
- Shape and communicate company vision and mission.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Assist with new and ongoing marketing and activities.
- SharePoint folder organization, including photos and documents.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Update brand task manager to reflect on-time completion of projects.
- Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives to support different departments within Deployed Resources, such as materials and presentations for trade shows, hiring, events, and customer meetings.

Skills and Specifications
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint, Canva
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Knowledge of design programs and brand asset management and implementation
Travel
Work from home with up to 40% required travel based on organizational needs.
Required Education and Experience
- 3-4 years of brand marketing or graphic design experience required
- Associate degree, required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, graphic design or a related field, preferred
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
- Videography experience, a plus.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smart phones, tablets, photocopiers, filing cabinets and other presentation materials. There is an expectation of clear communication in English both written and orally.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Ability to twist, turn, bend, lift, kneel, climb, and stand. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. may occur.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position based remotely. Typical office hours 8am-5pm M-F, however, must be available 24/7/365 as needed. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends is required based on contract needs.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
- Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment.
