$40hr (Weekly pay + Benefits )

6 month contract (Great potential for extension)

Part-time (15hrs a week - flexible hours/attend some meetings PST)

They are one of the leading hosting service sites for software developers around the world . The team is seeking a Jr Copywriter who has passion for website copywriting and social impact.

Duties

• Take ownership of deadlines and stay on top of project schedules and updates
• Craft content for a variety of audiences to be delivered via slack, blog, email, etc.
• Collaborate with fellow teammates to execute on approved internal communications plans
• Support in copy editing communications and other field-facing content
• Support the Social Impact and Social Media teams in deliverables as needed
• Finalize customer-facing collateral to support CSM interactions such as thought leadership pieces, standard presentation templates, email outreach and talk scripts.
• Create clean, engaging, on-brand copy for all digital marketing assets including, but not limited to: email/MMS, landing pages, website updates, paid social, and blog posts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Extremely strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to ensuring overall accuracy
• Ability to attend occasional meetings in PST
• Ability to write in a variety of styles, preferably short form writing
• 3-8 years of experience in Copywriting
• Experience working for a larger/global company a plus
• Experience to communicate within Slack or similar chats
• Experience with Google Workplace - Google suite (Google drive, sheets, docs, calendar, etc.)
• Experience with Figma a plus
• Must have excellent experience in social impact to create basic blogs and write social posts
• Ability to work both independently with minimal direction, and able to collaborate globally and in different time zones
• Ability to provide a writing portfolio/samples
• Requires excellent writing and editing skills
• Experience in website copy writing and ability to create clean, engaging, on-brand copy for all digital marketing assets including, website updates, paid social, and blog posts
