Site Quality Control Jobs

SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for the daily quality control of the project, including review of all work items performed and submitted materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Commission and retro-commission projects for quality and consistency checks.
• Update the Project Manager regarding all quality issues as well as the progress of problem resolutions
• Coordinate testing and supplemental testing services as needed throughout the project
• Collaborate with the management team to develop, implement and continuously improve quality-focused standards, procedures, and processes
• Manage team to conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections for all features of work to ensure all project requirements are met

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in LEED
• Strong knowledge related to NEC code
• Must have 5+ years of experience / knowledge of electrical construction
• Great oral/written communication and relationship building skills
• Experience in the electrical inspection process
• Experience with construction drawings and specifications
• Experience in Low Voltage systems (Fire Alarm, Tele-Data, Security, Audio/Visual, etc.)
• Progressive and not afraid of technology used as a tool to aid in the performance of the job

• This role operates in a mobile environment and may use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
• This role operates in an active construction and/or warehouse environment
• There may be a variety of weather conditions while on jobsites such as rain, snow, heat.
• There may be high noise levels while on jobsites.
